Philip Glass: Taiji: Chaotic Harmony

From philipglass.com:

"Taiji: Chaotic Harmony is a visual shamanic journey tracing the origin of the taiji quan and qigong. This is a journey between the heaven and earth, we travel through the twilight zone of secular New York subways and streets, and through sacred river of the country.

This journey is accompanied by original music by Philip Glass for voice and cello performed by Philip Glass Ensemble vocalist Lisa Bielawa and Bang On a Can cellist Wendy Sutter conducted by Michael Riesman."

It's sound's kind of out there, and it is a short, documentary-type film, with a limited DVD release, but the soundtrack still sounds interesting, though Glass has the definite propensity to be...well...boring at times.
